Youth Magic Club

Fantastic Magic Camp’s Youth Magic Club is a free meetup for young magicians ages 8-18. Think of it like a music jam session – but for the performing art of magic. Meet other young magicians and hobbyists, practice tricks, learn new skills, share what they've been working on, and occasionally learn from special guests. Each meeting will be a little different, with topics ranging from magic techniques and specific tricks to performance, storytelling, character, and stage presence.

 

FMC’s Youth Magic Club moves around Austin so we can bring the club to different communities and give more young magicians a chance to join us. We will always send details about each meet up, included location ahead of the day to our Youth Magic Club email list.

Parents/guardians are welcome to stay and watch, but don't have to participate in the meeting. Fantastic Magic Camp’s Youth Magic Club is not a drop-off childcare program, so a parent/guardian must remain nearby and be available for their child throughout the meetup. This is a social group, not a formal class, so attendees should bring anything they will need during the time.
