Youth Leadership Academy
YLA is our teen leadership and intern training program. Each December, we email out invites to our campers that are turning 13 or older to join our spring YLA program. Members participate in spring training sessions once a month to learn vital skills in camp leadership, behavior management, improvisation, first aid and more. After completing the training program, interns may work at camps and events as CITs and counselors, even earning stipend depending on their level. For specific questions about YLA, please email admin@magiccamp.com.
