Thank you for registering your camper! You’ll receive a reminder email a few days before your enrolled program begins. If you need to make changes to your registration, you can log into Sawyer to update your account at any time.

Some Tips for Fantastic Magic Camp Summer Camps
Drop-Off:
Drop off your camper between 8:45 and 9:00 a.m. Before arriving, please check your camper’s health — including a temperature below 100.4°F — and make sure they’re free from flu or COVID-like symptoms.
Pick-Up:
Pickup is from 4:00 to 4:15 pm. Please be sure the person picking up your camper is on your approved pick up list and brings an ID. You will be able to add to your pick-up list daily at sign-in, or by emailing us at admin@magiccamp.com, or by calling us at 512-988-3045.
Lunch & Two Snacks:
We recommend packing snacks/lunch in separate, labeled containers. Campers will not have access to a microwave or fridge. Due to allergies, please avoid peanut or tree nut products. If you know your camper gets extra hungry, feel free to pack them additional snacks as well. We recommend you pack:

A non-breakable, sealed-top water bottle (leak-proof, please!)
Medications at Camp:
When possible, we ask families to administer any needed medication at home before or after camp. If your camper’s medication schedule or health requires them to have or take medication at camp, we ask that you complete one of our Medication Waivers before your first day. You may turn this in at the front desk or email it to us directly at admin@magiccamp.com.
